Time and time again, we are told to embrace the celebrities we love, what we see on tv and social media platforms. Well, it's a new season and day to embrace you and what God has given us.
As a black woman with natural hair, it can be difficult to manage afro hair and curls, but once you understand how to maintain and care for it properly, you will love it! Naturally, kinky, coily, and afro-textured hair has distinct characteristics. It comes in so many patterns, thicknesses, and versatilities.
Reason's to LOVE your Natural Coils
Versatility
You have so much versatility. Your hair texture can be styled in ways that other textures cannot, such as:
Afro puffs
Curly hairstyles
Waves
Heat styles
Braids
Twist-outs
Hair extensions
Dread-locks
These styles make you feel more connected to your culture and give you a sense of pride as a woman with afro roots.

Turn up the volume!
Embrace the thickness and volume of your texture. Wear it BIG and proud. Do you realize how many people struggle with volume? Do you know how many people wish they had what you have? You will have other people looking and wanting to touch it, "don't touch my hair," per Solange!

It's Inexpensive; I know.
Natural hair is inexpensive once you learn how to twist and braid your hair to reduce trips to the salon. Hair care can be expensive, but natural hair does not need to look professional. Shop our products, and twist or braid away.
Can you say LENGTH?
Honey, you have length! Even though shrinkage is real, it should be embraced (especially for my type 4 ladies). Hair texture is unique; you can give them something they can feel, stretched or short. You are so diverse you can stretch it using curlers, a blow dryer, or flat iron. Don't be shocked when people ask, "is that all your real hair?"
Why Embrace it?
Are you a mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, or wife? You have more reason to embrace your hair. In today's society, we owe it to our kids, nieces, nephews, sisters, and brothers to share the importance of our culture and heritage, and to embrace who we are naturally. Don't be afraid of water, honey; it's getting hot in here, so take off all your clothes (per Nelly); Jump in that pool, get your hair wet, have fun, and lay in the sun. When the party is over, head to the bathroom, and shampoo the chlorine out of your hair. Add some jumbo twist to your hair with a cute head scarf and show them who YOU are! Don't forget those large earrings to aid as an accent to your style. If you are anything like me, add some lipstick to give that natural style some spark!
