Ingredients: Pure Epsom salt, Essential Oils, and Dried Herbal flowers/Extracts

Directions: Pour salt into warm running bath water. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Salts can be placed in a reusable cheesecloth to eliminate salts  from clogging tubs)
